To work on behalf of a large utilities supplier. Successfully supporting, motivating, coaching, and developing teams of outbound sales associates and Team Managers, in a target driven environment.
The role of the Operation Manager will be required to maximise the sales opportunities through the effective motivation and development of the existing and new Outbound Telesales teams and Team Managers, using performance management to ensure agent KPI’s are achieved. An Operations Manager should also be able to cope with tasks in the time allocated, and have the ability to “think on one’s feet.” The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing change within the team in a positive light, together with continuous effective communication. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on team members is also necessary, ensuring confidentiality at all times. Also, ensuring that any personnel management issues are addressed appropriately and promptly. The Operations Manager will be required to keep up-to-date with business knowledge and learn from experience and personal behaviour. Regular communication with the client is essential, as well as the need to attend quarterly review meetings with the client and hold weekly conference calls to discuss any issues and provide a general overview of the campaign. Liaising with third parties are an essential part to the role to ensure that the client’s needs are met, which could include the design, testing and implementation of new scripts, the capture of MI and the general upkeep of the desktops and peripherals within the campaign. A sound understanding of the campaign’s data strategy will be required, as well as a good understanding of the campaign’s commercial agreement.
Outbound Sales Advisor
As an Outbound Sales Advisor working in our growing Contact Centre, you will represent one of our major clients. Your role will involve making outbound calls to new or existing customers and upsell additional products and services.
